Isle & Eagle provides renovation services for housing, including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, flooring and tiling, painting and decorating, and custom projects. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

To book our services, you must contact us through our website, email, or phone. We will provide a detailed quotation and project timeline upon assessment of your requirements.​

You may cancel your booking within 14 days of confirming the service without any penalty. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges based on the progress of the project.

• Scope of Work: All projects are executed as per the agreed scope of work detailed in the quotation. Any changes or additional work requested may result in revised costs and timelines.

• Access: You agree to provide access to the property as necessary for the completion of the project. This includes access to utilities such as water and electricity.

• Delays: While we strive to complete projects within the agreed timeline, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any changes promptly and work to mitigate any impact on the project.

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any materials provided by us will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. We offer a guarantee on workmanship for a period of 12 months from project completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isle & Eagle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Isle & Eagle or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not use any content without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website.
